WHO'S MIKE LEMAIRE?

I am Mike Lemaire, I have been a student of Martial Arts since the age of 4, and have since competed at the highest level as a professional Muay Thai/Kickboxing fighter for the last decade.

As a professional, I hold the WBC & WCK Muay Thai World Titles and have won a contract with Glory Kickboxing in a 3-round winner-takes-all tournament. In between fights, I developed a love for sharing this knowledge with my students as a head coach and personal trainer.

Talk about a full circle.

Through my extensive experience training professionals, coaches, and athletes throughout my career, I have developed a formula that sets me apart in the fitness world.

My passion for holistic wellness, ancestral nutrition, and training at the most prestigious level has organically led to the path of sharing my champion mentality with the world.

Needless to say, Fitness Mike Lemaire was born.
